Nomad CV is an AI-powered SaaS platform for CV generation. We offer:

• Professional CVs tailored by country and profession
• ATS-friendly templates optimized for recruitment systems
• Personalized cover letter generator
• Job matching via France Travail
• Specialized sections (career change, seasonal jobs, disability)

2. Pricing Model

Nomad CV operates on a one-time payment model (no subscription). Payment is exclusively via PayPal. Once payment is complete, you get access to unlimited AI-generated CVs, all available templates, PDF and DOCX export, and job matching.

3. Account Creation

To use Nomad CV, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

Generated CVs belong to you. However, templates, design, and Nomad CV technology remain our exclusive property.

5. Personal Data

⚠️ Important: Nomad CV is not designed to collect or store sensitive personal information (PII). We recommend not sharing social security numbers, detailed banking information, identity documents, or sensitive medical data.

6. AI Usage

Our artificial intelligence generates content suggestions for your CVs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before using it in applications.

7. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes, attempt to bypass our security systems, resell or redistribute our templates without authorization, or create fake profiles or impersonate others.

⚠️ Important Warning: Nomad CV is NOT designed to collect or secure sensitive PII. We strongly recommend NOT including social security numbers, passport numbers, complete banking details, medical information, or biometric data.

We never sell your personal data. We may share certain information with PayPal (payment processing), France Travail (job matching, with your consent), technical service providers (hosting, infrastructure), and legal authorities if required by law.
